My experience of using CBT across a broad spectrum of psychological / emotional and stress related problems has given me the experience needed to deal effectively with differential diagnosis.

I ensure that my clients learn essential skills, such as relaxation, self-hypnosis and positive "self-talk". These essential skills are fundamental to well-being and self confidence.
My focus is on teaching skills to be able to deal positively with all situations in life. This empowerment lets people take control of their lives, and thinking and emotions.
Many people find learning self-hypnosis helpful.
I believe that therapy should involve the client receiving insights from the therapist. It should be about the client gaining personal control over their lives. Clinical research shows that giving patients and clients more control and choice leads to a stronger and more robust personal psychology.
