Jane Orrell Holistic Massage & Yoga

I practice Holistic Massage Therapy, Reiki and teach individual yoga sessions at a treatment room at my home in Hoylake on the Wirral. Depending on the needs of the individual I adapt each treatment accordingly. I use a combination of techniques ranging from deeper tissue work to subtle energy healing with the use of reiki. I have been practicing massage for over thirteen years so I tend to work intuitively as to what I feel the client needs be it simply to relax, or to address a specific problem.
