Lee Allen Counselling

Lee Allen is an experienced Person Centred Rogerian counsellor , he provides counselling and psychotherapy to adults , young people , groups and organisations in Leamington Spa . Some of the issues he works with include: depression, anxiety, stress , relationship difficulties, work related problems , low self esteem and self development . He trained at Warwick University ,and being a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy he adheres to their ethical framework for good practice . His counselling experience is extensive and varied having provided counselling in a G.P practice , at a Christian Counselling service , as a Student Counsellor at a local University and as a Children and Young Persons Counsellor for Relate , he has worked in private practice for over six years .
