Headandfoot promotes healthy living though complementary therapies within central Edinburgh and the Lothians. As a relexologist she is experienced in Maternity Reflexology and also uses Adapted Reflextherapy to alleviate back pain and stress. Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage (Swedish or Therapeutic Massage), Hopi Ear Candles (Advanced Thermo Auriculat Therapy) and Aqua Detox all compliment her holistic healing philosophy to promote a more balanced and less stressed way of life. Meriel has just added Thai Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to her repertoire.
